Meeting Agenda
What would you like to meet about?
Duration
What you get from thirty minutes
This is a working conversation, not a pitch. You will speak to someone who builds marketing infrastructure for a living, and you will leave with a clearer view of your own setup whether or not you ever become a client.
An honest read on your setup
We ask what you are running, what it costs and what it produces, then tell you where the actual bottleneck is. Often it is not the thing you expected.
A sense of what fixing it involves
Rough scope, rough sequence, rough timeline. Enough to decide whether it is worth doing this year.
No deck, no discovery theatre
Nobody reads slides at you and nobody chases you afterwards. If it is a fit we will say so; if it is not we will say that too.
A useful next step either way
If your problem needs one senior hire rather than an agency, or a tool you already pay for configured properly, that is the advice you will get.
Not sure this is the right conversation?
Read how we work in your market, or start with the six capabilities we run. If you would rather write than talk, the contact form reaches the same people.
We book across US, UK, Gulf and West African hours, and the invite lands in your calendar with a link you can reschedule or cancel from.
Before you book
What happens on the call?
We ask about your current marketing setup, what is not working, and what you have already tried. You get a straight read on what we would do about it. If your problem is not one we solve, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
How long is the call and who joins?
Thirty minutes with someone who does the work, not a salesperson reading a script. Bring whoever owns marketing and, if the problem is technical, whoever owns the systems.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you happen to have your current numbers or a list of the tools you pay for, the conversation gets more specific faster, but nothing is required.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The call is free and there is no expectation that you buy anything. Most useful engagements start with a conversation where nobody is trying to close.
