Marketing Recruiting

Marketing professionals recruiting marketers. Not recruiters guessing.

The Problem & Our Solution

Hiring for marketing roles is fundamentally different from hiring for other positions. Most businesses fail at it because job boards are flooded with vague descriptions, HR teams don't understand the nuances of marketing specialisations, and the wrong hire costs you months of lost momentum. We fix that. Marketing professionals on our team recruit marketers, because we know exactly what separates a CV from real capability.

How We Work

From brief to placed, with no guesswork in between.

01

Define the Brief

We go deeper than a job description. We learn your team structure, culture, performance expectations, and what a great hire actually looks like in practice for your business.

02

Source & Screen

We actively source beyond job boards, through networks, direct outreach, and referrals. Every candidate is screened by marketers who understand the role, not just the title.

03

Present & Place

We deliver a tight shortlist of vetted candidates with our honest assessment of each. We support you through final interviews, selection, and onboarding handover.

Why Sprinta

Why choose us for Marketing Recruiting?

Marketers Hiring Marketers

We understand the difference between a content strategist and a copywriter, a growth lead and a social media manager. Nuance matters in every hire.

Speed Without Compromise

We move fast, but never at the cost of quality. Every candidate we present has been vetted against real performance criteria.

Revenue-Driving Talent

We don't recruit for seats. We recruit for outcomes. Every placement is measured by the impact they create.

Marketing Recruiting: common questions

The things buyers actually ask us before starting.

What marketing roles do you recruit for?

Marketing leadership (CMO, VP, head of marketing), demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing, content, brand and performance media. We also place fractional leaders where a full-time hire is not yet justified.

How do you screen marketing candidates?

On evidence rather than CV claims. Candidates walk us through systems they built and numbers they owned, and we test their thinking against a real scenario from your business. Because we run marketing functions ourselves, we can tell the difference between someone who ran a campaign and someone who ran the machine.

How long does a marketing search take?

Specialist roles typically take three to five weeks to shortlist, leadership roles five to eight. We work to a defined brief agreed up front, so the shortlist is small and every person on it is genuinely hireable.

Should we hire a fractional CMO or a full-time one?

If marketing needs direction more than daily execution, and the budget for a senior full-time hire is not there yet, fractional is usually the better first move. Once there is a team to manage and a plan to own end to end, full-time wins. We will tell you which case you are in before you commit to a search.

Stop guessing on marketing hires. Let us find the people who actually move numbers.
