What marketing in US actually looks like

The US is the most crowded B2B marketing market on earth, and that shapes what actually works here. Buyers have seen every playbook, every nurture sequence and every "quick question" follow-up. What they have rarely seen is a company whose marketing operation is genuinely well built: consistent, fast, and able to answer a question with data on the first attempt.

That is where most US mid-market companies lose. Not on creative and not on budget, but on infrastructure. A stack assembled over six years by four different owners, attribution nobody trusts, campaigns that depend on one person remembering to send them, and a leadership team making spend decisions on numbers they privately doubt.

We fix that layer. For US clients that usually means consolidating an overgrown martech stack, rebuilding reporting that finance and marketing can both sign off on, and installing an execution rhythm that survives quarter-end. The fractional model is well understood here, so many engagements start with us owning a function outright while the internal team is hired around it.

US compliance we build around

Marketing systems that ignore local rules become expensive later. These are built into what we deliver rather than added when something goes wrong.

  • CAN-SPAM requirements on every outbound programme, including honest headers, physical address and working one-click unsubscribe.
  • State privacy law, which is now the real constraint: CCPA and CPRA in California, plus the Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas regimes, each with their own opt-out and disclosure mechanics.
  • Consent and preference data modelled properly in the CRM, so a deletion or opt-out request is a single action rather than a scramble across six tools.
  • TCPA rules where SMS is part of the programme, which is where most US marketing teams accidentally create liability.

We build systems that respect these rules. We are not a law firm, and where you need formal legal advice we will tell you.

Working with Sprinta from United States

Are you a US company?

Sprinta is a UK-registered company with a distributed team, and we work with US clients on US hours. Contracts, invoicing and payment run in USD through ACH or wire. For clients who need a US entity to contract with, we will say so plainly during scoping rather than after signature.

How do you handle US time zones?

Our working day covers Eastern through Pacific hours. You get live calls, same-day responses and work that lands during your morning, which is the practical difference between an embedded team and an offshore vendor.

Do you understand US privacy law well enough to build our stack?

Well enough to build systems that respect CAN-SPAM, CCPA and CPRA, and the newer state regimes, and to flag where you need actual counsel. We build the consent and preference architecture; we are not your law firm, and we do not pretend to be.

What does a typical US engagement cost?

Most start between a focused project and a monthly retainer that is materially cheaper than one senior hire. We price from scope after a call, and we would rather quote something accurate than publish a number that means nothing without context.
